Shipping: While we aim to give accurate shipping timelines and updates, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be always made exactly on time. Through our use of independent delivery services we aim to meet delivery standards, but we are not liable for any late shipments.
All Sales are Final: All sales at ParisTile are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than the product being damaged upon arrival. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and purchase samples before finalizing full tile orders.
Cancellation Policy: At Paris Tile, we pride ourselves in getting products to customers as quickly as possible. We are able to provide such a service by promptly processing orders internally, and quickly sending them out for shipping. Consequently, cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been placed, as they may have already been processed, packed, and/or shipped. Once order confirmation is received, cancellation is not possible.
