How do I order samples?

For sample orders, navigate to the product page of the item you’d like to sample. Simply click to add the desired sample to your cart. Afterward, you can review your cart and proceed to checkout using the button located in the upper right corner of the page. Please be aware that for certain larger format tiles, we will provide a sample in a more manageable size for your convenience

How much overage should I order?

We advise considering an overage of at least 15%, with the option to extend it to 30%, for your tile order. This buffer accommodates the customary impact of shipping-related damages and also provides the flexibility to retain extra tiles for potential repairs, ensuring color coherence as subsequent batches might not perfectly match your initial order. In cases of more diverse products like Antique Terracotta and Zellige, leaning towards the higher end of the overage spectrum is advisable, particularly if you intend to hand-select tiles for minimal variance. Conversely, for less varied products like Metro tiles, New Terracotta, and Antique Encaustic, aiming for the lower end of the range should suffice

When will my order ship?

Our entire product line is typically readily available in stock, ensuring that your order is processed promptly with minimal waiting time. Generally, orders are shipped within a matter of days to a week following order confirmation. In instances where a product is temporarily out of stock, we will provide you with a specific wait time during the ordering process

Do you have a showroom?

While ParisTile doesn’t currently maintain showrooms, we do operate a factory/warehouse located in Farmville, VA. This serves as an option for order pickups

Can I return or exchange my tiles?

While we will consider claims for tiles that have sustained damage beyond the expected norm during transit, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges based on personal preference. What are the terms of sale?

For all orders, payment is required in advance through the payment portal during the checkout process. An email will be dispatched to confirm your order. Sales tax is automatically applied during the purchase. Shipping costs are chosen and integrated at the time of purchase. Once an order is confirmed, alterations cannot be accommodated.
